Compliance with the following policies is necessary to be a Pluto Dealer;
You must purchase your own copy of Pluto to support your customer.
The suggested license fee for the Pluto Program Package is $595.00. DOS – Pluto includes;
Replacement diskettes, same version, are available. A 10% discount applies to orders not requiring a manual. Resellers in California must supply a resale number. Otherwise state tax will be charges.
A development package is available for Pluto it includes;
1 – MS-DOS Version of Pluto
10 – Runtime Diskettes
Additional Runtime copies of Pluto are available separately or in 10 packs.

Pluto VDT Terminal Emulator may be sold seperately. There are no replacement diskettes available for this version of Pluto. A new copy must be purchased if it is lost or destroyed.
A Dealer Demo version of Pluto is available. You may make unlimited duplication of the demo version for shipping to your customers.
Updates will be made available to Dealers at a discounted cost.
Manuals sold separately are available at a cost of $50.ea.
Technical Support
Southwest Data systems will provide telephone/fax Tech Support to Dealers for the first 30 days. After 30 days, ongoing unlimited telephone/fax support is available for $600 per calendar year. The dealer is responsible to support the end users. The annual Dealer support fee includes telephone/fax support for all dealer sites, through the dealer. The annual support fee does not include updated versions of Pluto, On-Site support, or Travel.
Telephone/fax tech support is also available for a per incident charge of $25.
